We're based in Colombia and work with clients globally. Most of our team works remotely, so location flexibility is part of how we operate.
What does the interview process look like?
Our process typically takes 2-3 weeks. It includes an initial call, a skills assessment relevant to your role, a team interview, and a final conversation with leadership. We respect your time and keep things efficient.
What's the onboarding process like?
New team members go through a structured onboarding that includes meeting the team, understanding our tools and processes, and a buddy system to help you get comfortable quickly.
How does professional development work?
